Two partner exercises
Note that the two people should be as evenly matched in size as
possible, but what is crucial is the weight. Many of these work both
people at the same time, where one person is doing an exercise and
the other has to stabilize. If there is too large a difference, then
someone can get toppled. By the same token, always start learning
these slowly, since you can build up some really serious leverage
and torque, sending both of you airborne. We use A and B as our two
participants.
